I've been too busy to participate in any challenges the past few weeks, but I really liked this topic so I had to come up with something. I found a free hour on Saturday afternoon to shoot and edit a shot, and this is what I came up with. My guess is that at least a few other folks probably thought of the same idea...
After several failed attempts at "styling" the toothpaste on the toothbrush, I finally got it where I was satisfied.

Great Image maybe a bit too much light over the toothpaste but maybe that was deliberate
The toothbrush looks in better clean focus than the T Paste
I like the blue Nice detail
Composition is very interesting. Lighting is very good. I like the halo that seems to be around the toothpaste, it really brings your eyes to focus on the toothpaste.
I think cropping a bit more of the bottom would help keep the focus on the brush and paste. The reflection of the paste seems to almost be fighting the main subjects for attention.
Clean advertising style, traditional subject well captured and processed (i like the light aura on the paste). Good choice of color (my current toothpaste is the same blue).
Not a "WOW" picture, but well done.
Oh my. There are times I'd trade my electric toothbrush for one of these, if only to come up with such a good idea for the Challenge. And then, to top it off, you did a super job of presenting it. 10 (If you don't do this for a living, you should consider it)
This is a fantastic most impressive composition. How you managed to squeeze out the toothpaste in an artistic magical fashion is especially splendid! The lighting is equally nice. I'm interested how you got such a great complementing background. Get's a very easy 10.
Very nice, good colours and sharpness. I like the white glow above the toothpaste, makes it gleam with cleanliness!
A wee things that may have helped. Don't put the object in the centre of the shot, move your camera down so that you see all of the reflection in the bottom of the picture. 9
