Great job, who knew a simple shot of rocks could make such a great motivational poster? Photo seems a bit fuzzy but I guess that could just be the natural grain in the rocks, not sure.

very good shot (and b/w conversion), that unfortunately just illustrates the topic instead of emphasizing it, it does neither say "stumbling blocks" nor "stepping stones"

I supose your monitor is not calibrated. The medium and small fonts are almost impossible to read. Other than that its a nice photo and composition
