Sorry, too fuzzy. Try macro mode to sharpen image. Good luck.

This is an interesting subject that would benefit from sharper focus. I love the lighting and color. Good luck in the challenge! Grayce aka Gracious

unsharp everywhere

good idea, but focus is off (deliberately?). The DOF is good though, just that the front of the watch should have been in better focus.
09/21/2002 05:45:00 PM
Now THAT's a narrow DOF! Unfortunately, probably too narrow, as the back of the watch itself is soft.

focus please?
09/20/2002 02:53:00 PM
focus, grasshopper, focus

Nice colours, nice soft focus and like the warm highlights off the metal.

I love the soft focus and the rich colours in this photo. They make the watch seem ethereal, like it blends into the space around it and doesn't have a really solid, physical existence. And yes, that's just like a moment in time, which passes from reality into memory and starts to blur at the edges straight away. Very deep :). I'm giving you 10 for making me think - lisae

I like the watch and chain quite a lot, but the image is so blurred that it becomes ineffective.
09/19/2002 02:52:00 PM
This is a good idea for the shot. I wish that the watch was a little more in focus. 5

I don't like the soft focus approach to this one.

needs focus

Great warm colour.

A deeper depth of field is need here, and better lighting
09/16/2002 07:47:00 PM
it would be much better if the watch was in focus
09/16/2002 04:47:00 PM
I can't determine the purpose of having everything in this image out of focus. I assume it was intentional, but I'm lots on the purpose of it... any additional information on this would be nice :) - jmsetzler

Sure like the composition but the focus and light are not as good. Good luck. Score 6 Justine.
09/16/2002 02:28:00 PM
I like the composition, but in my opinion too much soft focus.

this pic is to dark and not in focus at all. Wouldve been good otherwise :-P
