The multiple wheels remind me of a cartoon character hurrying to get going - maybe like a modern Fred Flintstone. Too bad it is so difficult to attach a percussive coconut soundtrack to a still image. I hope the title has enough multiple meanings to inspire some smiles.

Hand-held pan, open in ACR adjusting contrast and curve, PS for levels and to clone out some distressing sensor dust and fibers.

Yabba-dabba-dud?
I’m really did expect that more people would see the same funny/cartoon element in the multiple wheels, and forgive me for not having a technically perfect pan. Oh well, the voters have spoken. 195th of 201, despite the votes at 8, 7, and 6. Looks like this would be a good time to draw on those handy reserves of internal self-confidence (and to plan on submitting something non-blurry next time).

I still like the one I entered (even the cropped off back of the car – because it looks like just getting out of the starting blocks). But, for those who wanted a more usual approach, here is one:

Good title and fits challenge. To improve it would be good if the car was in focus, with just the motion blur in the background. :-)

I wish the car was in focus to make it stand out from the background.

I wish that there wasn't as much blur to the photo, or if there is this much blur, that the line for the wheels were strait instead of little curves.

Was this an ill attempt at panning? Just too blurry for me.
