 I had a lot of fun with this, but I need to learn to look at the images on my computer before I pull down my setup. Setup here was a tungsten bare bulb behind and below the pitchers, which were sitting on a table, and a ceiling light with some bulbs pulled about fifteen feet away to the front right. Camera sat on the table (oh the joys of my 18-55).

Processing:

- Convert from raw (some pretty "extreme" playing with curves, white balance, exposure and other noodling)
- Crop
- Levels
- Smart sharpen
- Neat image
- Slight lowering of saturation (-10)
- Resize
- Border
- Save for web

I honestly don't expect this to do well (I probably lightened the pitchers too much in processing), but it's one of the few "setup" shots I've done that I like (though I haven't done that many setup shots as, as you can see, I don't have a studio or anything approaching it). Anyway, here it is!

I love the simplicity of this picture. It's great how you can barely see where the table meets the background. Wonderful reflections!

Love those reflections and the details! Would do very well as a stock photo I would think or and ad for a store. nice capture.

Very nice composition, Rob! I also like the colors. Congrats on a new personal top 5! My only issue is the bright blob on the leftmost pitcher. Were you using your on-camera flash?

The lighting is superb, the reflection is great. I think you could do with a little less negative space on the right hand side of the photo.
