Day 47 already. I don't think I want to stop at 50, I've really enjoyed this!

Anyway, I think this is one of my favorites that I've taken for this challenge so far - I love the way the shadow, the bird and his/her reflection all go together. Shot in the parking lot by Tim Hortons...mmmm...iced capps!

The shadow definitely makes the shot. The splash of blue offsets the brownish tones quite well.

I don't want to stop either, but I can sure use the break!

I really like the general "shape" and "direction" this shot seems to have. Great capture.

Well, I'd tell you what I like about this, but you said it already! The reflection isn't commanding my attention, it's a bit subtle, but WOW when you do notice it! Very nice image.

look at the cool way the shape of the puddle almost echoes the shape of the reflection! very cool shot. Good seeing. :)

FANTASTIC .. not only because its an awesome photograph but because i thought the bird was dead as a thumb !!! ... love the reflection and colours ... :)
edit after posting .. ok i decided to see how i could possibly have thought this bird was a dead bird as a thumb, especially after looking at the larger version .. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE A DEAD BIRD !!! ... i think it must have been coz i looked at the thumb before opening for about 1/100th of a second ... maybe at 1/50th of a second it would have been totally obvious that the bird alive and having a drink .. :)

I like the reflection and the colors of the pigeon wing and puddle. Interesting too how there are subtle stripes (tire tracks?) in the pavement that pull the eye to the bird.
