 Pig races at the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair in Maryland.

Took shots of these little guys just for fun, and then today realized they're fast food.

Post-challenge:
Almost immediately afer voting started, I realized I hadn't read the details. To the flood of expected DNMC comments, all I could say was oh, well, maybe some folks would get a kick out of it. FORTY comments and two faves later, the score became irrelevant and even being DNMC turned out not to matter so much.

I'm glad so many folks saw the fun in it. :) This is now my second-most commented shot during voting, second only to the puzzle macro challenge, when everyone was guessing what things were. Thanks, everyone!

This is so funny. DNMC, but I think the idea is perfect. And the shot has good action, color, interest, and humor. Well done. You got quite a good score for a DNMC entry.

OMG - We're going to the county fair tomorrow, mostly to see the demolition derby but I remember "runt racing" from the last fair I attended. Nice DOF and focus on the front-runner. Very fun action image. 10

This what I call fast food mmmmmmmm. Nice capture though in IMO I think a little bit more of the course would have been nice. Weel done and not a burger or mention of a big burger retailer anywhere.

This is a great shot but doesn't seem to fit the challenge discription. I do get the sybolism and play on the "fast food" title of the challenge but the discription of the challenge narrowed the scope for interpetion,imo. I do have to laugh when I see this shot.

Clever take on the topic, very funny image too! Love how the little guy on the right is airborne, the play of shadow and light. Do they really have piglet races?? Evidently so... anyway, love this lots!
