My real opinion has always been clear: To me it is always the end result that matters. And this is a very nice result! I would be inclined to fade out the blur effect toward the right side of the image though. |

Radial blur is my favorite. It's hard to get it just right so it adds to the photo rather than looking too contrived -- you have nailed it. Just a touch to add interest and a glowing almost halo effect.
She is beautiful! The soft blur really suits her.
