good call, Crystal. It is a bowling alley. She did her happy dance because she got a strike! ;)

Yes, the camera was diagonal when I shot this. I don't know why i have been doing that lately, but I've been shooting crooked. Sometimes it's fine, but sometimes, I want to rotate them and I can't.

Thanks for all the helpful comments everyone.

BLUR rocks.

I can feel her energy. I find it so interesting how motion blur makes parts of the subject be fully there but others disappear.

I really like the abstractness. All of the parallel lines with the one perpendicular one from her is cool. I like the curl of her hair as little squiggly lines. The yellow/brown theme works together nicely with all of the warm colors.

This is very nice. I'm not sure I wouldn't prefer it in a normal orientation, no diagonal, but I suspect the camera was rotated when you shot this?

Very nice combination of color and blur.

Although the diagonal line is a strong visual element, I think this also works well with the dancer upright (depending on what you removed to get the diagonal version). With the horizon horizontal, the ceiling looks even more like a cloudy sky at sunset, with her dancing on a broad expanse of golden sand near a safety rail that keeps anyone from falling into a lake.

It's quite something the lady has almost disappeared. Interesting! Love it.

very interesting. parts of the background look like a bowling alley, parts like the ocean and that one white line with the red line through it looks like a straw.
