 this is my niece rosannah tying her hair back coz it was very windy .. she has my tripod in its bag over her shoulder ... she didnt know i was taking this shot ...
taken on the same day i took the pics for the flood ..

Love this one with the girl in sharp focus and the background in blur. The horizon and the girl form an interesting "L" composition. Nice b&w.

Before I read your description, I was thinking that this was a person in despair, just raising their arms to their head, trying to figure something out. Love the black and white processing on this.

You really captured a wonderful, contemplative and a bit lonely mood here. Of course that's what I am reading into it... The composition is stunning, as well as the BW treatment. Outstanding!
