ah, I can smell the eucalypts...nice job.
(I was going to mention the font - what is it exactly?)

Great capture, and the processing around it is really good as it only adds to the shot, not overpowering it.

The font is very like the advertising font they use at the moment (I'm guessing a little inspiration there?)

Love the border effect as well, it's one of the things I have the most difficulty with, and tend to just ignore, cropping and leaving it. Having seen this though I'll definitely try and add an occasional border

Roz, this border is awesome! You have the best processing effects, I just added one today (Day 29) with Lucisart, you should check it out. I love this photo, this Firetrail of yours sounds like a must see if I'm ever in Australia :)

Roz

Well it was a great choice of font, it has a real Oz feel to it (it reminds me of the posters I see on the underground for holidays in Oz)

As ever lovely shot and great PP. I like the fact that the lightness of the centre top of the frame is inviting but the tightly packed trees and dark border are a bit ominous

Actually it makes me think that this is a view from inside the ey of a forest creature who is looking for its next meal (which could possibly be a human meal)

You went for a walk on the fire trail?? Wow - I don't think I've ever heard that before. ;op But really, this is awesome processing, Roz. Love the font - it was worth the time picking it out. I recently took a photo of trunks, but it's not near as cool as yours.

I love the shadows, the clarity stands out and love the dark colors. The little bit of blue sky just adds to this picture. Great job.

I have to say, this fire trail looks like an awesome place to walk. This is maybe my favorite of your pictures of it so far. I really like the font you chose, as well. :)
