July 23rd:
I was all prepared to take some outdoor photos today & then torrential downpour 2007 occured. It was raining so hard I almost wasn't able to enter my apartment complex due to flooding. Instead you all get a lovely picture of my desk at work. It is way to blurry because of those annoying flourescent lights & I only had my little powershot camera with me today. I tried to play with the editing a little, but it is still not nearly in focus enough, oh well, this is where I spend most of the day!

gee I hope your apartment is OK and not underwater itself (believe you me I know what damage this sort of rain can do)

OK regardless of any camera limitations it is nice to see your workspace. So much that captures the eye...the noticeboard, the duck on a lamp, the apple (v healthy)

You did right by converting this to B&W because given the equipment it sort of compliments the busy noisy effect of the image

It's fascinating to see what other people see all the time. Thanks for sharing.

Are those racing bibs? Great image of your desk. And you're amazing to have gone back so many days and comment. I loved reading them. You're wonderful!

This is a neat little peek into you.

The rubber duck tells me you've spent some time in DPC; the numbers on the wall tell me you're in better shape than I am; the apple tells me you're healthier and thinner than I am; and the moderately organized clutter tells me you have great potential.

Then again, the fact that by day 23 I have 23 comments from you tells me a great deal about what a nice person you are, not to mention how dedicated you are to DPC.

Thank you. :)

I wonder if the wallpaper (on the screen) is a picture of the building you work in.

when i saw the thumb i thought for sure you'd have dpc up on the monitor !!! ... its great to see where other ppl spend their every waking moment when they dont have other crucial things to take care of .. like shopping for food, going to the dentist, working etc etc ... :):) ..
hope you had a blast discovering CS3, seeing you couldnt go out and take photographs ..
if i had to choose between taking photographs and then working on them in photoshop, i'd have to say i prefer the editing process more .. the thing is i cant to the editing if i havent taken the photographs first !!! ... altho taking photographs for me is a lot like a meditation and also a way to connect with the environment and be more in the moment .. all good stuff for someone who seems to have a bit'v wiring lose in their brains .. !!:)
i just read that last sentence and i'm not sure if it should read .. 'in their brains' .. or .. 'in their brain' .. i'm sure you realise i dont have two .. altho !!!!!!??????
