There was a storm brewing and Squaw Peak - the mountain - looked very foreboding. This is taken with a lot of zoom, hand held from the car wash - oh yes, the car wash. And needless to say, the storm broke right after I drove away on my shiny pony.

Nice shot, and your story made me smile. The power lines look white against the dark sky.

The B&W here is amazing!! I love the "storm is coming" feel to this.

Very interesting shot, you would almost think you were out in the wilderness if not for the power lines strung across. Cool!

Lol don't know, that's how you guarantee a rainstorm? Love how the mountains and trees look in the black and white. Almost like they have some kind of eerie glow.

shit eh about going thru the car wash just before a storm ... excellent shot alicia .. love your b&w treatment ..
i put my car thru the carwash two days ago which is not a common thing .. the next day greg did some carpentry stuff in the garage .. my car is now covered in a fine sawdust ... i'm not all that fussed coz its usually pretty dirty anyway because i live on a dirt road .. i'd have to be a bit anal if i tried to keep it clean all the time .. !! .. :)x
