 After harvesting the first step to preserving for winter is to cleanse thoroughly. Then the work begins.
I wanted to just capture a picture of the veggie bath.

One of the better mixed vegetable settings.
Maybe use a tomato that's not quite wrinkled.

The water seems to detract from the photo. Nice color and focus though, I like it.

I like this but don't like the light. The tomato and the carrot are the same color. Not enough contrast.
