Dodging, Curving, Cloning....Lots of all. There is a bunch of ice on the lake so the reflections are all broken, I kind of liked that.

Good shot...not really national geographic though.

This would make a great fold-out cover photo for an article on Chicago. It nicely captures the shapes and colors of this unique city. There are just enough reflections to identify the foreground as water without distracting from the city itself.

I would love to see this full size. At this size it looses much of it's impact...

Good title. I think it would have more impact if it was taken at sunset. It seems too dark to me, but maybe it's my monitor, although I haven't had this problem with other pictures in this challenge.

That had to be quite the wide angle lens. Nice capture of a cityscape after dark.

Nice panorama,9 here!

This is a nice cityscape shot, but I think moving in a little would help it out looking at it at this resolution. The toning of this shot could be a little warmer too. I know its cold there, but it has a little extra cold feeling without much color.

the sky has too much black - night shots better taken just as it is getting dark rather than pure dark.

Beatiful nigh shot!

Very nice, love the contrast. What shutter speed did you use? Other camera settings would also be of interest. I really like city skylines at night.

My favorite shot in the world. I can\'t get enough of this so I will be biased. First of all, you were so brave to stand the freeze when you took this :-). Second (beyond your control), I wish they allow panoramic sizes because this one would be so great in panorama. Third, so much details at his resolution ... I could even see my office, well, almost. I also like the color - dark background and foreground - so the building lights would stand out more. Good job!!!

Nice title and a nice shot.

The overall scene is a little too dark. I think if you had exposed it longer the effect would be much better.

That is a gorgous cityscape shot, such beatiful lights against the black sky, the border you have used works well here too. nice work. Good luck in the challenge. 10

Great wide angle, but a little out of focus and not enough "sparkle" in regard to the lights in the buildings (sorry for the untechnical term).

Nice skyline - good cropping.
