 This is the first mask that I bought. Back when she was new, her features were very distinct and lifelike and I loved that about her.

Now, 10 years (or so) later, her features have begun to fade and become indistinct. This bothers me alot. She used to be my favorite by far, now she sort of creeps me out.

I wonder if the fading is a characteristic of the soft leather she is made from, combined with gravity. Sort of more like a human that I care to think about.

This seemed appropriate for Friday the 13th. Happy dreams.

I still think she looks very unique & interesting. I love these faces made of leather, I've never seen anything like this, it's very cool!

Nice. I wish the whole mask was in the photo. She can be creepy I guess if I look at this and am listening to the right music.

This is my favorite of your face shots so far. She doesn't look terribly creepy to me, but then again I didn't see her when she was young, either. :)

fortunately its morning here in australia and i'm not just about to go to sleep !!! .. its a shame about the features becoming indistinct .. did you immortalise her on film when she was young and beautiful ??!! ... it really is a shame the way 'things' age !! .. :) excellent photograph tho ..

gee Barbara, its gone midnight on Friday the 13th and I see this...are you trying to give me bad dreams rather than happy one...Once again let me emphasise that i think the photography is spot on, it is just the subject that disturbs me.
