 Took this with my new small Sony DSC-H2. Used PS CS2 to crop, sharpen, brighten (levels, and increase saturation). Cloned out a blemish in the middle flower. Used Noise Ninja to remove noise.

This is a nice macro, the wasps back looks like it's had some processing done on it though, did you use neat image? Overall the composition is good but it seems over processed and a little harsh.
