 Sometimes everything just seems to work.

New lens, appointment with A. in the city, beautiful veil-thingy she took with her, clouds in the sky, beautiful light (very nice weather, like it's gonna rain a little bit any moment), perfect make-up, the right click at the right moment, framing is good.. well. Like that.

I love the crop, the candid-like-moment, the look in her eyes.. very very happy with the shot. People who know A,. didn't recognise her immediately. Which I took as a compliment ;)

pp: apply image, greyscale, quadtone, contrast for web, clone, dodge.

Well done on the top 10 finish Hannake...I am looking at Nikon 85mm lens myself...this has convinced me that I need that focal length in the bag

I love this photo. It's beautifully composed and taken. The veil, in particular, gives such an air of mystery, and of hiding. The title is superb, too.

Very nice. I'd crop this differently so that the subject's left eye isn't cut in half and I'd remove the strap in the bottom left.
