Npw this is totally awesome and love the wonderful play of light and shadows in this one.....
The glowing path leads one directly into the image.....
Awesome colors, and in all, a very pleasing image that so suits the square crop..... |

Great view! I'd sure love to have one of these in my yard :-) I like your crop on this, I want to follow that path and see where it leads -- pretending it doesn't lead to a parking lot! |

Yaaay!!! Another sunny day in Texas
I have to say I love secret gardens and this natural arch looks beautiful.
I tell you what though Kelly, I reckon that you need a new pair of shoes for the days you have to walk in via the rear parking ;-) (See I was well trained, I actually do appreciate that women can never have too many shoes...And that if I can tell the difference between one pair of black court shoes and another pair of black court shoes then that is down to me being unobservant rather than a female being over indulgent!!!) |

Kelly, I think you have a good eye for catching these interesting settings. I notice a few of your photos are soft -- it could just be a question of camera shake. You may need to work on holding the camera steady, or maybe just try a higher speed. Of course it could also be something that happens when you resize the photos. Anyway, hope you don't mind the criticism, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your 50-day study.
Cheers,
-- Larry in NYC |

The great thing here is that you notice this little secret garden and appreciate it. |

Sun again...maybe you won't have to build an ark after all.
