POWERFUL, powerful image. The low-key effect brings so much intensity and moodiness to this, which is enhanced by the boy's solemn face and the brooding color tone. Wonderful.

love the OOF shapes on the same side of his head as the light. those are his dreams, or the ghosts that are chasing him in his dream.

Almost sinister mood to this. Excellent framing, and the graininess works very well here. Gave this a top score days back, hope you make it into the top ten. :)

I like the shot, but i don't think the title fits -- someone as young as that cannot dream of the past, they can only look towards the future. If you meant someone older, who is dreaming of their past and how they were young, that is not shown on the foto...

I like the grain or softness here. I love the appearance of a dream-like state. Is that a person in the back left as well?

High grain & hint of a figure in the background emphasize the ethereal mood. Great shot & expression on the boy. The whole thing fits the category very well. Nice job!

I love this. As I look at it, I really get a "dream-feel" His demeanor and dress. The background. The slight grain. The sepia tones. Very well done! And so far, my only 10.

Stunning image: I'm of course a great fan of B+W and also of image grain. I would pick this one for a ribbon - but we'll have to wait and see :-)
