 This road sign has a long history. Originally I guess it's home was highway 118 in California. However, I have never been there. I found this sign in the basement of our storage room in college 4 years ago. Since finding it, it has hung on the wall of my roommate (Achiral on DPC) and I's wall during our college days in IL. Currently it hangs on my wall at home in NC.

So in total this sign has lived in Cal, IL, and NC as far as I know. Possibly even more places, since I have no idea who's it was before I found it in the basement 4 years ago.

As far as the pic goes, it's all out cheezy and DPCish. The only thing I left out was a huge drop. Putting that in would be way too over the top. I lit it with one lamp from a very steep angle to get some shadows and the reflecting coating to light up.

P.S. Give me nice scores for my birthday, as well as DPC's.

I'm not really up on US events at the moment, am I recalling correctly that California had flooding? Or was that fires? ... it's hard to know exactly with such a tight crop what you wanted to say,, although I still like it.
