 I live in the coast, and I love to get up early in the morning and go take pictures. I admit that I sometimes find myself taking the same ones over and over, but I figure that means I really like the shot. 8)

Ooops. I forgot about the square crop. This is almost sqare 8). I'll remember next time. No problem -- I really like square and use it a lot.

I wish I lived near the coast. I find it so difficult to find anywhere beautiful to take photos. I can certainly understand why you would wnat to take this over and over again. It's beautiful.

that bird looks so intent on something that we cant see .. a great b&w and i love the ripples and reflections in the water .. beautiful composition ..

I'm all for visiting the same place and taking the same shots... and a place like this looks like I could sit there all day! Nice work, look forward to seeing your part of the world.

I take the same shots over and over again too. I found a place in my town similar to this (see my day 1) and I've been back 3 times even though its a small area. But it just feels right and it's so relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. This is a great shot. Love the tones and shadows in the water.

LOVE the lines leading down to the heron or egret or crane or whatever it is; I am always mixing those up. B/W is a good choice. Were you hanging out with bdenny today, by any chance? :)

I didn't do a square crop & I will probably never remember! I love this photo...he is looking out on the calm waters. Such a relaxing photo! I know why you like to go here every morning.

I just realized that we are supposed to do square as well. Hope I remember for next time. Nice image. Love the black and white. This one will have no problem with a square crop.
