 Using PSPX, on duplicate layer, applied carify, adjusted shadows, midtones, highlights, cloned out light spot in bg. Added levels adjustment layer, resized, usm.

I love Irises (or are they Irii? - jk)
The prominent leaf in the foreground serves as a strong leading line, drawing my eye to the delicate yellows. Overall contrast seems a bit high and sharpness seems a touch off in my opinion. This close and sharpness have a tough time finding a happy compromise.

Ah, one of my favorite flowers and so hard to photograph. You've done an excellent job here. The slightly tilted perspective is nice and I like how it fills the frame. Maybe just a little room on the right. Details on the petals and the yellow hairy thing in the middle is stunning and the colors are just right.

the background is good and the lower petals with the purple in them are spectacular. The top petals are hot and lost their details. The touch of yellow really pops!

Oh my, this is so very well done. Irises have always had a soft spot with me. I think you did magnificently well capturing the subtle tones in the white.
