I like the slow shutter effect on the water but that leaves the building fuzzy (would have liked it crisp or fuzzier - as is it distracts my eye too much)

shot is pretty soft but your lighting is good. was this handheld? maybe use a tripod or other support next time.

This does not appear to be quite in focus.... Were you on a tripod or hand held? It gives me the impression of slight motion blur that kills the otherwise nice composition...

Would have preferred a bit more cropping on top to eliminate some of the sky. Also, your waterfall appears blown out to the left. Overall, the image is too busy for me.
