The bright lighting in the back draws my eye more than the sign so it feels like it lacks focus.

Tough exposure to get... Did you merge 2 images to get good shadow details without blowing the front part of the building?

I guess that technically this fits the challenge but not what I would have expected to see. Not sure I like the selective desat.
