I've been sitting on this idea forever. I was keeping it for a "different point of view" challenge, but when johnnyBB (who is crashing at my place here in Warsaw for a bit) saw my idea he suggested to submit it for backside. So here it is. Good thing my cousin agreed to posing because everyone is in their exam period and don't have time.

I really like this shot. The idea came from one of those classic pin up posters from the 40's. I think I might do a whole series of these with different women! I'm sure I can find a few who would love to model.hope the shot does well. Good luck to all (I'm expecting a lot of naked butts in this challenge)

Greetings from the Critique Club

Nice idea here, and well executed. Nice model (someone a peeping tom would be interested in!), and the lighting on her works well, giving nice skin tones and showing off her beautiful form. Good exposure and focus. The composition works well; the keyhole shape is great, and I like her head being partially obscured.

I wish more attention had been given to the background. I realize a real peeping tom doesn't care, but it's mildly distracting here. First, the part of the curtain right in front of the model is overexposed, which tends to pull the eye away from the subject. Second, the plant detracts from the photo both with it's shape and it's color. This very good photo would have been even better if the plant had been removed and the one part of the curtain been shaded from the light.

One more problem: the photo seems oversharpened. There are halos around the lines where dark meets light, and they seem unnatural.

But overall a good photo that deservedly did very well in the challenge.

Good lighting. This isn't my kind of photo, but you did a tasteful and technically sound rendition. 6

OK... How did ya do the keyhole. Cardboard in front of the lens? Very cool take on the subject. Perfect focus and lighting. Awesome composition. Normally I would say you shouldn't cut the face off like this but here it works perfectly. After all if you're looking through a keyhole, what would you be lookin' at?

Um, could we see some of the outtakes, say 8-10 shots later? ;-) A refreshing take on the inevitable butt shots this challenge was bound to spawn. I like it.

I almost feel naughty looking at this photo. Great idea and very well executed! I also like that you didn't include her entire head...makes it feel even more risque'.

Lovely. I really like this idea. Makes me feel like we're looking at something we're not supposed to see...adds a bit more mystery to the shot. Love it.

good work at getting the subject so sharply focused. Having her head "cropped" out lends a sense of realism to it

Good idea, great execution. I just wish it didn't look so staged as in... a girl undoing her bathing suit in the classic shoulders back, hip out, looking over the shoulder, model pose.

This would be perfect if there was a little space between the keyhole and her left arm, very nice shot though....peeping toms scare me but this is a really nice picture
