This brings back the memory of my daughter having cornrows done a couple of years ago. Took four hours!

Good example of a transition. Great crop and b&w conversion too.

you may not like this much but heaps of other ppl do!!! .. its actually one of my favourites of yours, which is why i'm sticking it in our harajuku girls thread along with some others that i particularly like ..
i love those hands and those amazing eyes .. love your composition, the black and white, the tilt of the floor in the background .. all your elements in this work together amazingly well ... :):)xx

Lovely shot and a great title. So close to another 6 average you must be cursing!!! Love the composition (but you know how much I love half face shots...although I have never tried one like this before...BTW it works fantastically)

Plus another one of your great B&W conversions (these seem to be just getting better and better)

One of my 10's - this is gorgeous, fantastic framing and great creative idea for the concept of "transitions".

For me there is something amusing and interesting about this scene. The hands above almost form 2 eyes and the brad a nose which plays on the subject below and yes my imagination is a bit bend at times. I enjoyed this shot

This is an interesting photo. It lacks a clear subject, but I don't think that's a bad thing here. The viewer is drawn towards the hands at work and then to the very intense eyes at the bottom of the photo and back again.
