The shot itself isn't terribly appealing, but the thought that it is your neighbor and she was actually talking to herself is hilarious.

Is she really talking to herself or has she spied you and is saying 'dont you take a picture of me' while keeping her eyes averted. To be honest I dont really care if it isnt a true candid, there is something about the composition and the expression on your neighbours face (which seems to be filled with devilish good humour) that I really like
