 selective color, levels adjustment, curves, Brightness/ contrast, ran it through neat image to reduce heavy noise. orange sign at top right was bright yellow, reduced saturation and altered color to blend in with background better and be less distracting.

Pretty good capture for the wierd lighting conditions. Meets the challenge theme but isn't a wow shot.

The problem with candids sometimes is to avoid the photo looking like it was taken by a private detective. You know what I mean, you see them in films when someone is stalking his subject. I think there's a certain expression that people have that result in photos with this feel. Go for people with amazing expressions who are experiencing strong emotions.
