Way too noisy. The join between the blurring and non-blurred area is obvious.

Like the side view but the blue is far too distracting for the soft tones of the pink and takes us away from the main subject.

The tones and colors are real nice. The other people in the scene would be good if they worked to balance the photo...but here they seem to distract. Especially the one in the foreground corner.
