Photograph Explained I would have to say one of the luckiest candid pictures I have taken to date. Downtown host several events, it also is part of CSU campus so candid pictures are easy to get sometimes but this one surprised me. Walking on the sidewalk to get to a picture of a bike police checking on a woman I saw this guy getting his gloves on as he was getting ready to ride. I walked within 30 feet of him with my 50mm f/1.8 lens. I had set my camera to take multiple pictures per second in hopes of catching a crisp candid, better to be safe than sorry. As I passed him I put the camera up to my eye and took about five pictures in a little over a second and continued to walk. He never looked up. When I loaded the pictures on my computer and looked at these I knew I had the candid I wanted.
I hope I don’t get low voted because people thinks it’s posed because it’s not, just a lucky shot in more ways than one. I would of hated to piss him off, as his forearms are larger than my legs. I had to tight crop due to distracting surroundings.

Very cool shot! Great looking bike nicely framed, pink flowers in the background create a nice contrast with bike but match bricks, best of all is the reflection of the city in his helmet.
