 I was in the library cafe, he was in the hallway, so there were two panes of glass between us (will probably be marked way down for that, but it's reality, man). It was raining quite hard (the lower library carpark was flooded again...)

Good composition. the glass is a bit distracting because upon first glance, it almost looks like the colors are flat and she isn't in focus

Not normally a big fan of shots through glass but you have done very well to keep the reflections down to a minimum and really capture the expression of the subject. Good candid!!!
