Dale looks like a delightful and kind young man, and I love the reflections! A bit soft, yes, but it kinda adds a warmth to it.

I like the colors in this and the pleasant expression on his face. If the focus was a bit stronger, I think the image would be as well, though

interesting subject. I find the vividness of the reelection to strong and that it is where my eyes go first not to the people. The lady is a little out of focus which helps to re-enforce that the reflection might be the main subject

The reflection of the car in the car door is interesting, and you captured enough context to identify him as a mechanic. However, this appears OOF to me, especially the woman with her back to us. I would have just cropped her out and left the viewer wondering what he was looking at.

You can definately feel this is candid due to the slight blur and the fact that it looks like it was taken inside. Nice capture.
