Joe!! Wow! What a powerful photo! And the processing is so rich and beautiful! My only question is why in the WORLD is it in 63rd place with a 5.9 score. You got robbed!!!

A bit grainy, but it fits the mood, so it is fine.
Btw, I try not to let the caption influence my reaction to a photo, but I think your caption is redundant. The photo speaks for itself. Besides, one exclamation point and one question mark will do. (Sorry if that sounds petty). |

This is an extremely emotional image. Well exposed and somber at the same time. |

The general idea is okay, though a bit dramatic, but the picture of the burning twin tower is over the top imho. Apart from that, the picture looks somewhat overprocessed |

very sad.... The downfall is it looks too posed, unnatural.

Is this staged? That picture look decidely super-imposed, or remarkably well exposed for basic editing. I'm not too sure which way to go, half of me thinks that if this was staged then it's quite bad taste and I want to comdemn it... but if it isn't then there's something here- the flowers and the guy make the picture. I think the 9/11 picture is totally superfluous though and it almost seems like the title is taking the piss a bit.
Great composition though and the skewed angle carries your eye across the picture. |
