Very good shot. I like the soft effect you applied to the background, but I think you should try to mask the edges of her arms so they aren't blurred. This is very noticeable because of the transition where the soft effect stops under the umbrella.

I like the composition, but think it could be better when you had used some or more fill flash. Now there is a relatively bright spot in the umbrella which makes the flesh tones look a bit flat.
I am not sure if I like the soft edges, with the umbrella and the skirt it looks ok, but the dark top has a dark halo.
The background is ok.

great pro portrait. skin tones A+. Blue around her arms looks funny. Too much PS perhaps? Nice though.
