I only wish the left wing was a bit more visible, to balance things out.
Otherwise, this is absolutely stunning. The head in focus, the tail fanned out behind, the movement, the smooth as you like background ... love it.

the bird is flying on one wing...or so it looks like to me, the depth of field is fine, but that, imo is about all.

Difficult shot well-captured. I might have cropped even closer, but the blurry background adds to the overall effect very well.
