I really don't get a feel of the wind blowing in this shot. My first thought was that you were going with an "earth" theme.

The oof highlight in the background conflicts with the tip of the reed :( otherwise a great shot! :)

I think that in this image there are 4 distracting elements.
1) the white line on the background of the reed
2) the reed on the lower-middle side
3) the leaf before the reed
4) the white line in the lower-right side.
I like the composition, the colours are good and the sharpness is good

I like this but what ever is oof in front of the reed is distrating from the sharp reed.
