 The water wasn't really doing that.
I used a radial blur on it (I think!)
It's taken underneath Folly Pier.

This definitely has a bit of a scary feel to it, and like Charlene ( dcnfarrell said, it gets my heart racing. Nice effect, and good image overall.

The vignetting really accentuates the tunnel vision effect here (pun intended), and the blur makes me feel like I'm about to be swept out to see. Cool processing!

Cool! I like the sense of movement the blur offers. Reminds me of an Alfred Hitchcock film.

excellent photograph and excellent processing .. i'd'v been tempted to fade the vignette a bit more on the bottom, so it was a more gradual change from the black ... but that's probably just me .. it looks like this place could supply you with an amazing amount of excellent images ... :)

Interesting effect. This was exactly my idea for the silky smooth challenge, but I had to use very slow shutter speed for this effect.
