First – this is NOT my original idea. While reading about lighting, I stumbled across a similar shot with a lampshade by John Sumrow where he credited others who used umbrellas for his inspiration such as Paul Duncan. Ever since seeing those I just had to give it a try. (Thank you Ian “Artan” for getting me started.)
Second – thank you Home Depot for actually stocking “ball-bungies” as these will now never leave my photo bag.
