 I went to the Preakness Hot Air Balloon Festival hoping to get a good picture of the hot air balloons floating off into the air. The wind did not permit them to take off but several of the balloons were inflated none-the-less which allowed for some excellent photo opportunities. I submitted another shot from the series in the "Selective Desaturation" challenge. I like them both. This one was taken looking up through the balloon.
