| African violet? Love this flower! I have one in the bathroom and it blossoms in every year (twice) since 1999. :-) A bit greany as for the background, but alltogether a cool photo! I like the hair of the flower being visible, wonderful. :-) |

| the textures and shapes are very good - the whitish spot just left of the bottom bud is a bit of a distraction but otherwise a fine image |

Technical: fits the challenge well. Exposure composition focus lighting al very good, love the detail in the little hairs!
Personal: I'm glad the leaves are in the background for context, otherwise this could look like some sort of space creature! :-)

| Great photo, the detail is awesome. Composition and color are good. Personally, I think the big green leaf in the background is a little too big and takes away from the buds. 7 |
