My husband trains for a 500-mile one-week bike ride and this is his favorite resting spot...because he feels so very welcome here. And it even comes staffed with one very crabby old man! Go figure.
This was just a mere drop in the bucket of the number of signs on his property ... he must have at least 50 and it is NOT a huge piece of property.

excellent .. i love the oversharpened look and the grain works so well for this image .. the message comes across loud and clear .. wot a world we live in eh?? .. i wonder wot the future will bring .. it wont stay the same as it is now, so it'll either get more confining, which i would find worse, or there'll be less boundaries, which i would find heaps better .. cant see the better happening tho .. :)

Ha! Good for your hubby! And tell him I'm envious about the bike ride. The pic is quite telling about the owner, isn't it? I kinda feel sorry for the guy in a way.

What a great find! The processing really adds here IMO. Way to go!!

A friendly sort for sure. I kind of like the graininess on this one, kind of adds to the unfriendly sort of message.

Keep out, OK man we get the message, maybe you should nail a huge sign saying OK MATE WE WILL

Lol, you do have to wonder about the kind of people who put all these signs up! Love the use of grain here to emphasise the unwelcoming nature of the place

Tee hee. . .that reminds me of a sign I saw when we were visiting California once. It said, "Welcome to California. Now Please Go Home!" :)

At least your chances of a crowd appearing here are pretty slim.

I think the photo is cool by the way too :)

The grain is very strong in this one..... It suits the background and the trees but not quite so good re the posters as they are harder to read, with the grain.....
