Hi Rc,
It's all there as far as I am concearned. A very technically sound photo. All of the elements I look for in a photo have a very strong presents. I like your use of the curved peninsula as your leading lines taking you in and out of the photo. The fisherman & dog are well placed giving the photo a sense of scale. The curve in the banks give the photo life. The back drop of water & bushes give the photo a great sense depth. The reflection of the bushes give the photo a intimate aspect as a private relaxing fishing hole (excellent). The ripples on the water bring life to the entire area giving the viewer a sense of truely being outdoors. The color & detail though out the photo are well done. The photographs over all composition is fantastic. There are 4 minor problems I see here. 1) the bush left of center next to the rocks is a little blown out.2) The rocks leading up the hill in the back ground are also blown out a bit.3) the water to the left of dad there is a tweek hot.4)The red spot to the right by the shadow line. It is probably the bobber attached to the fishing line but it stands out to much. A polarizing filter I beleave would have corrected these very minor problems. Over all this is a fantasic image know dout taken from a very talented photographer. It was well thought out and every consideration was given to all it's elements. The photograph tells us a complete story not part or half it's all there. A job well done all the way around Rc.

I like the way the people in this scene give a strong context to the vastness of this particular landscape. It creates perspective...

The curve of the bank really helps to give the scene some added interest. The reflections of the trees in the water is incredible. I like the ripples in the water that you captured. Very nice.

The perspective and small relative size makes the fishers seem insignificant, which, in the grand scheme of things, they are. This image has a clear message, great composition, and is just beautiful.

Great colors and textures. Without the people, it would seem like a closeup of small grasses. By including them you both add interest (a little story) and create the scale needed to appreciate the size of the foliage.

A nice shot here, maybe a touch sharper would have brought out more detail though.

You could have used the clone tool to your advantave though... The marks in the water at the bottom of the picture and you have a hot spot on the right hand side, in the middle of the shot. [8]

Wonderful water scene, this is one of my favourites in this challenge. :-) Colours are amazing, composition is ecxellent: the fishers follow the rule of thirds very well, but they are small enough to leave very much space to your main subject, the water! Great job, good luck!

Like it. The people and dog really add to this over it being just the scenary.

I'd like to see this in black and white. I think that the plants are taking away from your main focus on the people.
