 UPDATE May 7: I thought I had completely desated it, but as colorcarnival pointed out, it had some blue tint to it. I replaced it with a completely desated image - nothing else changed.

lol great expression and love the wavy hair. and here you get just a glimpse of his beautiful eyes!

tell me tho about the skin tone. I have seen some comments saying that this is a good color for it and on my screen it seems to have just a very slight bluish cast. Is this a preferred color for skin tone in black and white?

Great capture, he is a natural! Very minor point, but his hand on the bottom is somewhat distracting. I really like his skin tones, perfect for a child.

a beautiful child portrait .. sort'v subdued in tones yet his expression is anything but ... i'd love to know whether it was really flies he was catching or something a little more tasty .. :)

No, no, no, Riley is growing up just to fast. What a wonderful image of him.
I love how you have captured him with his mouth open, and the title so suirs the image so well.....
