Steve,
The B&W works well here. But from a compositional stand point it could have been vastly improved by simply having the young lady turn her head more to the camera. If you look at her head you have very nice detail along the hair line, her browe & eye lashes. The water on her face shows very nice detail also. As we move to the right however you begin to lose all detail of the hair to the point that it is a black blouch. You also begin to lose detail in the water the futher down and right you go the worse it gets to a point that it looks like your lense is dirty ( see the white spotting pattern of the water ). By turning her head more to the camera this problem could have been avoided. The water, slowing down the shutter speed would have given the water a sence of motion giving the photo a sence of life. This photo looks a little flat because of the (freeze frame) stopping the water. The piece of teflon tape on the shower head is a bit distracting also. If possible try shooting that same shot giving the water a sence of motion and using the strong details of the eyes, browse, and hair line and you will see a huge difference.

Really good focussed. Perhaps, I prefer to see only the water falling without the girl.

This shot didn't catch my eye when I saw the thumbnail, but I like it a lot more after opening. The water dropplets are ok, but I think the closed eyes and look of contentment is what stikes me as interesting. It would be interesting to see a longer exposure with a lot of motion blur from the water. (7)

You would score better if the whole head were visible

Good choice of both shutter speed and b&w. No title though?
