Oh, I really like this image. Good lighting and good subject matter for the Symmetry Challenge. Good focusing, good placement in the frame and super color. What's not to like.

It may be that your score isn't as high as it might have been because theere were a number of chess images in the Challenge. Hard to tell.

Certainly you have a good image here. Keep 'em coming.

Great idea. As strange as this sounds, the lights used on the board make it hard to see any of the details in the board. If I had the idea (And I really wish more ideas like this would come to me) I would've probably taken a shot from the top looking down and then grayscaled it. I'm going to try this myself and see how it looks, not that I can enter it. I still like the idea though. 6 from me.

It looks like the blue side is going to slide down onto the red side. It looks tilted and unfortunatly, looks distracting. I just want to go ahead and prop up the right side just a smidge. Nice entry though
