The operator of The Wipeout, next attraction over, was kind enough to give me a private lift 30 feet above crowds, and yet my favorite exposure was this take from the asphalt looking up. I like the colors in all my attempts, but this vantage point emphasizes a recurring circular theme.

Too bad the bottoms had to be so dirty. Other than that I like this one. 7.

Great viewpoint and composition. Love the repetition of the circles.

Good composition... May have had stronger impact if the car was a different color against the blue sky. 6

Great angle and framing - I really like this one. Lovely blue sky behind it all too. My only criticism is that it's lacking a little colour. 9 - floyd

Vertical composition was a great choice for this.

In the forums, there is discussion of "good" to "bad" childhood. Aparently some people are having trouble with the bad childhood photos. Personally I love them. I can relate better. This photo portrays a bad memory from my childhood. my dad had forced my mom and I to go on the ferris wheel. she was ready to give birth to my little brother and I was scared to death. the darn thing got stuck and we were at the top. All I can remember was screaming at the top of my lungs for what seemed like hours. LOL. funny how different things mean something different to everyone. I like the angle of this and the placement and frame filling is great. lighting is a bit dark on the bottoms of the carts, but that can't be controlled. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

Interesting perspective and great focus all the way through. I haven't figured out how to do this kind of shot with my camera yet. Not sure I would have known exactly what it was without the title.
