 Highlight recovery, fill light, sharpen, basic "Noise Ninja", infact, I increased software Exposure to highlight the noise for the "Noise Ninja" setting, then took the Exposure back down. Curves, but not much. Then, crop and add th border.

I don't expect much out of this shot, but I participated, and met the challenge. Night photography ain't easy!

I do not know if created it to look blurry but it seems to be a little bit too much of it. Plus the rest of the picture is black and leaves you hanging.

Freaky. Looks like a UFO. You could drop the shadows and give it a bit of noise reduction to improve the image. Chroma noise is pretty nasty!
