Oh, it is underwater. Reminds me of a scene in the movie Stalker by Andrei Tarkovski. Probably the best Russian film I've watched.

I don't know how to comment on this picture. At first it gives the impression of something created using some arcane darkroom process and shot using a pinhole :)
But then the noise looks somewhat digital to me. Go figure.

Good kind of artsy feel, but a little too noisy. Too much contrast on the frame. I like how the wheel moves through the picture, but the frame is messing it up.
