Too much blur, too much noise.

There is not enough of the bike or the person in the frame. The street is blurred but it should be sharp while the bike is blurred.

good idea, you followed the rules of thirds, unfortunately your sutter sepped was too long (probably) as the image is very blury.

Love the way this is blurred, it really give a sense of rough cobble stones. Feels like my eye balls a rattling around in my head! :) Nice job!

I like the colors and composition. Is the blur intentional to show movement? I think it would be a killer image if sharply focused.

well you might be in motion but the picture is not lol maybe try to stay still while taking the picture

Too out of focus and the shot could have been better cropped - the black area at the top should have been removed.
